All our products are made on the premises using only the best quality ingredients; our breads use no premix and are all handmade. All our patisserie items use real butter (not pastry margarine), and all our chocolate is made from real courveture (cocoa butter, not animal fats). Our cakes are made from family recipes which gives them individuality and style.

All of our products are from traditional French recipes, some of which are unique as some of them have been handed down from 5 generations of Pastry chefs in the family. All products use the finest quality commodities. Our bread follows traditional recipes with variations to meet our market and needs of the client.
