| CARLTON STREET
The Carlton Street Café opened in January of 2004. Our intention was for the shop to be predominantly retail, with a few seats for those who wished to sit and have coffee. The need for a small eatery in New Town became apparent and we extended our menu accordingly, we are hoping in the near future to extend the eating area of the café by providing a deck and canopy to the side of the shop.
Carlton Street store is where the core of the wholesale business is produced. We have a large area out the back, which services the production of bread, pastries, cakes and savoury products. Previously we had not been able to expand in these products through lack of space, now with the Bellerive shop we will be able to concentrate more on these products, bringing you the quality and variety know through the exceptional patisserie items you have come to be familiar with.
Carlton Street now services dining in customers only who can relax in the surroundings and enjoy a casual breakfast or lunch with table service. Open from 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
BAKER STREET
Our newest shop has opened directly across the road in the Lufi Store. "La Boutique" is where our customers can visit to purchases all our take away products, artisan breads coffees, giftware and gourmet groceries. Jane from the Flower Bud our local florist is part of the business.
We have a dedicated Wedding and Celebrity cake service where Linda or Angela will sit with the customer and speak about their individual requirements and options - clients need to ring to arrange an appointment.
Open hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday and 9am - 4pm Sundays
BELLERIVE
Our Bellerive shop is our biggest yet !
We have built a full commercial kitchen which is far more extensive than the other two shops.
The view is amazing, sit back and watch the activities on the water while enjoying breakfast.
The feel is very French and so is the food. Classic café style lunches and gourmet dinners with both Tasmanian and French wines.
Open hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Wednesday, 8am - 10pm Thursday to Friday, Saturday 9am - 10pm and Sunday 9am - 4pm
MOONAH
Jean-Pascal Moonah is situated at the rear of the Moonah Central shopping complex next to the entrance of Woolworths.
We serve excellent coffee and eat in meals along with a range of takeaway products including soups, salads, sandwiches, fresh pastries and gourmet breads.
Our opening hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Fridays and from 9am to 5pm on weekends.
